The society was formed in 2009 in Keylong.

It got registered according indian society act of 1862. There are 18 members of the society.

The president is the head lama of Kardang Gompa Lama Paljor.

Vice president is Thsering Dorje from Guskiar.

Treasurer is  from Keylong.
